Working principle
Preheating: the water pump generates vacuum, the evaporator automatically feeds water, and the compressor generates heat to heat the wastewater in the evaporation tank. Under the vacuum condition, the wastewater temperature rises and begins to evaporate, and the preheating is completed.
Evaporation concentration process:
The evaporation temperature is set at 35-40 ºC, and the compressor compresses the refrigerant to generate heat. While the water evaporates rapidly, the refrigerant undergoes gasification through an expansion valve and absorbs heat for refrigeration. The vapor rises and liquefies with the refrigerant, entering the water storage tank. The refrigerant absorbs heat, which is compressed by the compressor to heat the wastewater and reheat it. If bubbles rise during the evaporation process and the sensor detects it, the defoamer will automatically,Add defoaming and after one cycle is completed, start discharging the concentrated solution (the time of one cycle can be set).
Concentrate discharge:
After one evaporation cycle is completed, the compression pump stops working, the pneumatic valve of the concentration liquid pipeline opens, the evaporation tank is pressurized, and the concentration hydraulic pressure is fed into the concentration barrel.
